Christopher Tagliavini, PA-C, is the Clinical Director and Owner of Gameday Men’s Health Middletown, CT. With 10+ years in urology and men’s health, he specializes in testosterone therapy, ED treatment, and personalized men’s wellness care.
Christopher believes patients deserve attentive, personalized care that goes beyond symptom management. His approach is rooted in education, trust, and collaborative treatment planning to help patients take control of their health and performance. Whether addressing hormone imbalance or long-standing urologic concerns, his mission is to help men achieve meaningful, measurable results that directly improve the daily quality of life.
A native of New England, Christopher earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology from Stonehill College. He began his medical career as a certified nuclear medicine technologist at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. Motivated by a desire to provide direct patient care, he went on to complete his Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Quinnipiac University and holds national certification through the NCCPA.
Christopher’s clinical background includes specialized experience in erectile dysfunction, testosterone replacement therapy, general urology, urologic oncology, and robotic-assisted surgical procedures. His patient-first mindset and depth of expertise allow him to deliver targeted, results-driven care tailored to each individual’s goals.
When he’s not working with patients, Christopher enjoys spending time with his wife, Dianna, and their two daughters. He’s passionate about fitness, the outdoors, and boating, and proudly holds the title of 2025 Gameday Conference Beach Olympics Push-Up Champion.
